White River Trail

The White River Trail was a winter trail that ran between Pukaskwa Depot and White River in the 1920's.

"Patrick Kelly thinks that the trail was first cut about 1921 or 1922 and he served as a courier on it for five years, leaving the area in 1927." "they moved along the trail following blazes through the forest and balsam firs planted along the route across lakes."
