According to a facebook post from Don Dubé: "Henri Bazelot was a fascinating guy, educated at Laval University in France, ran the mail from Pukaskwa to White River, awarded the Medal of Honour for bravery in saving three men at Nine Miles Rapids on the Abitibi River, etc. etc. He and wife Laura were friends of the Morrisons for many years."
